 in workshop providing breathing exercises to help quit smoking the powerful 3 steps

1 – What are the factors that must be considered  before quitting smoking?

- having the desire to quit smoking

- releasing the toxins from body which has been caused by smoking

- to consider the psychological needs & the habit of blowing through the mouse
( our breathing patterns is very interconnected to our psychological state )

2 – What are the breathing exercises that help to quit smoking?

The first exercise:

Deep & conscious breathing : push the stomach forward while inhaling slowly
and fully, then pull the stomach inward while exhaling slowly and fully through, the nose only with a focus on throat channel (seven times)

Benefits from this exercise:

Improve the breathing pattern , improve the blood circulation, shifting from shallow & short unconscious breathing
to a deep and conscious breathing, training the body to control the mood under the pressure and reduce
the need for smoking.

Exercise II:

the Breathing exercise which relies on a powerful exhalation :put the fists  in front of  the shoulders in parallel
position and then lift the arms high in the air with deep inhalation in moderate pace and then, pull the arms
down below the shoulder  level while pulling the stomach inward with powerful exhalation.

Benefits from this exercise:

Cleansing  the toxins from the lungs , strengthening the muscles which are responsible for breathing.

Exercise III:

Exercise based on the tongue cleansing  by drinking water: open the mouth, hold the tongue out
at the edge of the lower lip, while breathing let the air pass on the tongue seven times,
till you feel your tongue is dried up then drink enough water  directly on the dried tongue.

Benefits from this exercise:

Cleansing  the tongue from the toxins caused by smoking, restore the taste ability damage of smoking,
habit of drinking water to absorb the toxins and get rid of the toxic waste from the body,
replacing the psychological habit of blowing through the mouse
