(sample exercise )how to do Deep Conscious Breathing :
-move your abdomen (belly) in and out as you breathe. allowing your diaphragm to move
-extend and deeper your breathing, instead of being shallow in your chest.
-inhale and exhale from the nose while paying attention to the throat to open your throat channel ( this is called ocean breathing  )
